Agent321 launches Forum Agenti, the exhibition of Commercial Agents in Rome on 9th and 10th May
After the editions of Milan and Naples the Exhibition gets to the Capital City – A job opportunity for agents and representatives
The Pavilion 2 of the New Fair of Rome will welcome the exhibition of the commercial agents from 9th to 10th May 2014. The B2B fair provides direct meetings between companies and commercial agents, aiming to sign new employment contracts. The Roman edition comes after the ones of Milan and Naples that registered excellent results: 12.414 commercial agents met 334 principals. Besides, just like in every edition, the program of Forum Agenti foresees workshops, conferences, free consulting on tax, fiscal, contractual and social security aspects, refresher courses and much more.

Data for the Italian Region of Lazio:
Gross Amount of the Agents, Brokers and Sales Representatives of the Lazio Region: 19.777 units representing the 8% of the nationwide.

Province Subdivision:
Rome: 14.240 agents, brokers and sales representatives
Latina: 1.970 agents, brokers and sales representatives
Frosinone: 1.780 agents, brokers and sales representatives
Viterbo: 1.186 agents, brokers and sales representatives
Rieti: 594 agents, brokers and sales representatives

“The key moment of the Fair remains the job interview between the agent and the principal – says Davide Ricci, the President of Agent321, the organizer of Forum Agenti – and it represents an opportunity not to miss for the agents, mainly considering the difficult current economic context”.

Companies, hit by the crisis too, prefer to entrust the sales management to commercial agents instead of their own employees. According to the “Studies Center” of Agent321, data
related to 2013 show that almost the 90% of the Companies chose commercial staff to pay on commission basis (such as commercial agents, brokers, sales representatives and other) for their sales.

Another important element of Forum Agenti consists in the effects of the internationalization
process. Always more Italian Companies try to expand their business abroad while foreign companies have been penetrating the Italian market. In both cases, the role of the commercial agents reveals itself decisive in order to intervene on the markets of other Countries.

The previous editions of Forum Agenti welcomed many International Companies from Slovenia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Egypt, France, Spain, Switzerland and Indonesia.

“Two Companies out of ten that turn to us – explains Davide Ricci - are Foreign Principals looking for agents in Italy or Italian Principals choosing commercial agents to enter a foreign market. And we are able to suggest them those agents which have the characteristics and the proper experience to represent them abroad”.
